Receta Strawberry Topping

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Fresh or possibly frzn strawberries Unsweetened
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 c. Cool water
- 2 tsp Sugar replacement
Direcciones
- Place strawberries in top of double boiler. Cook over boiling water till soft and juicy. Blend cornstarch and cool water. Add in to strawberries. Cook till clear and slightly thickened. Remove from heat; add in sugar replacement. Cold.
- NOTE: Topping can also be made with blueberries or possibly raspberies.
- Yield: 1 1/2 c.
