Receta Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 1 pound (18 to 20) mushrooms, chop and brown all stems
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 pkg. bleu cheese dressing (Good Seasons works best)
- 2 T lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
Direcciones
- Mix cream cheese, bleu cheese mix, and lowfat milk. Add in onions and browned mushrooms. Cook mushroom caps for 5 min or possibly till brown. Stuff caps with cream cheese mix. Bake at 350 degrees till brown and bubbly.
