  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 c. finely-shredded green cabbage
  • 1/2 c. finely-shredded red cabbage
  • 1/4 c. coarsely-grated seeded cucumber well-squeezed
  •     to remove liquid
  • 2 Tbsp. coarsely-grated carrot
  • 2 Tbsp. finely-chopped red bell pepper (optional)

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl blend together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and parsley.
