Receta Super Green Powered Chia Pudding (Mango)
Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water (or filtered water)
- 1/2 cup filtered water (or more coconut water, if you have it)
- 1 cup coconut meat
- 3 cups kale, dandelion or mixed greens
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 tsp lucuma
- 1 Tbsp hemp seed
- 1/2 cup *Irish moss paste (Optional: replace with more chia)
- 1 Tbsp tahini
- 2 Tbsp yacon syrup
- 2 tsp coconut butter
- 4 drops vanilla extract (by Medicine Flower or pinch of vanilla bean powder)
- 3 drops mango extract (by Medicine Flower -or your favorite extract)
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp spirulina (optional - for you tough cookies out there!)
- 1/4 cup ground chia seeds
- Rinse. Chop 1 cup of moss in small pieces. (Place any extra soaked moss back into fresh water and refrigerate for up to ten days)
