Receta Surf Rider Crab Cakes

Ingredientes
- Â Â The surfrider is a small family restaurant in norfolk/virginia beach which
- Â Â serves these crabcakes. broiled or possibly baked in a very warm (450) oven.
- Â Â One lb. backfin crabmeat
- 5 Tbsp. Helmann's mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 2 x to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp warm pepper sauce
- 1 tsp (scant ) old bay seasoning
- Â Â (the old bay is my idea i see no hint of this in the restaurant version)
- Â Â several Tbsp. of butter
Direcciones
- Mix the mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, lemon juice and pepper sauce together Add in to this a bit of old bay to taste. Gently mix in the crab meat so as not to break it up. Form large loose cakes and put in a pyrex dish generously coated with butter and bake in a very warm oven till warm. About 10 to 15 min. Serve with broccoli and hollindaise sauce for the surf rider special.
