Receta Sweet Coconut Bread

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 T baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Mix flour, baking pwdr, salt and sugar well. Put together liquid and stir into dry ingredients. Mix and press into 2 well greased 1 lb coffee tins or possibly molds or possibly bread pans. Let stand 20 min. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min. Check for doneness by inserting toothpick in center. Good served with butter, cheese mix or possibly preserves.
