Receta Sweet Crunchy coated chicken
2 breast of chicken seasoned with maple syrup, salt and pepper, set aside for an hour.
Prepare Flour, Egg breadcrumbs, each item on each plate. the breadcrumbs seasoned with parsley , salt pepper. The flour seasoned with salt and pepper.,and whisk the egg in a flat plate, Set aside till the chicken is well marinated.
Take the chicken breast, one at a time, deep into flour mixture, then egg , and finally the breadcrumbs ,take a flat plate and lay it on it, repeat the same process with other chicken breast. Finally use a nylon foil to cover the prepared chicken breast and keep in refrigerator for 30mins.
After 30 minuites, it can either be deep fried with a deep fryer at a 190c or fried with a sauce pan on a gas top at medium heat ,each sides take 5min to fry ,until golden brown.
