  • 2 tbsp lower-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds, divided
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 5 green onions, chopped
