Receta Sweet Yogurt Frosting

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
- 3 c. powdered sugar

- Put the yogurt in a square of cheesecloth or possibly handkerchief. Gather the corners & tie them around a spoon handle. Dangle the yogurt over a bowl, using the spoon handle to suspend it.Let sit about 40 min. Gently twist till the cheesecloth tightens around the ball of yogurt. More liquid should drip out, do not twist so hard the yogurt oozes out. Put the yogurt in a medium bowl, add in the remaining ingredients, blend till smooth. Spread on cake. To keep the frosting from running, keep the cake refrigerated.
- Makes 1 1/2 c., the entire batch is fat-free.
