Receta Szegedinsky original goulash
Ingredientes
- 500 g pork (who is as glad someone likes greasy, some do not)
- 500 g of sauerkraut
- 2 onions
- salt
- ground black pepper
- cumin
- fresh ground red pepper
- cream for cooking
- 1-2 PL flour
- oil on choking
Direcciones
- In deeper oil pan on spinach, diced onions. Add red pepper and a little stir, we care not to pepper burns. Then add the meat cut into cubes and fry. Pour water, add salt and pepper and add the cumin and cook. Simmer until the meat is semi-soft. Then add the cabbage and simmer until meat is soft and steamed cabbage.
- We compose the cream and pour into flour mixture. Passed through boiling, download and even a few minutes to cook on low heat.
- Serve with dumplings.
