Receta Taco Lasagna
Ingredientes
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 tbsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. cayenne
- 1 jar taco sauce
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 cups mexican cheese blend
Direcciones
- Cook the ground chicken with the cumin and cayenne.
- Grease a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cover the bottom of the dish with a thin layer of taco sauce.
- Add a layer of corn tortillas.
- Spread cottage cheese, roasted tomatoes, and ground chicken.
- Cover with more taco sauce and a layer of cheese.
- Continue layering with corn tortillas.
- Top with a layer of cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
