Ingredientes
- 1 pound browned hamburger
- 2 med. minced onions
- 1 can minced green chili peppers (optional)
- 6 c. chicken broth (6 c. water and bouillon)
- 1 quart. minced canned tomatoes
- 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- Garlic to taste
- Tortilla chips
- Cheddar cheese
- Lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Make soup base by combining onions, chili peppers (if you like), broth, tomatoes, seasoning mix and garlic. Brown hamburger and add in to soup base. Cook about 20 min.
- Place chips in bowls; add in soup, then top with shredded cheddar cheese and lowfat sour cream.
