Receta Tamale Pie Or Loaf

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. grnd meat
- 2 onions, minced or possibly 1 lg.
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 2 cloves garlic or possibly garlic salt
- 1 lg. can minced or possibly pureed tomatoes
- 1 lg. can whole kernel corn
- About 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 can pitted olives
- 1 sm. can minced olives
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- Seasonings: salt, pepper, Grandma's Spanish Pepper, cumin or possibly use taco seasoning mix
Direcciones
- In large skillet put on meat and cook till pink. Add in onions, peppers, garlic and cook a little. Add in tomatoes and corn next. Seasonings, cornmeal and simmer awhile then add in olives. Cook a little. Add in Large eggs. Put in loaf pans and bake about 45 min.
