  • 1 can salsa (authentic)
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 can mexi-corn
  • 2 large limes
  • anything else you like in a salad

  1. cook the chicken til done (grill)
  2. cut lettuce
  3. heat mexi-corn and any other items
  4. cut limes into wedges
  5. mix all ingredients to make a fabulous tasting salad.
