Receta Tangy Spicy Grilled Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 can frzn concentrated orange juice
- 1 can frzn concentrated lime-aid
- 1/2 jar chunky salsa
- 1/4 c. Italian dressing
- 1 large lime
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 or possibly 2 fresh jalapeno peppers, minced (optional)
- 1 whole garlic, chopped
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. chili pwdr (optional)
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, mix orange juice, lime-aid, salsa, Italian dressing, vegetable oil, and fresh lime.
- After mixing well, add in jalapeno, garlic, onion. Add in the cumin, oregano, paprika, and chili pwdr. Stir the marinade ingredients together well.
- Add in chicken, beef or possibly pork to this marinade. Let sit in refrigerator for two days.
