Receta Tasty Gluten and Dairy Free Banana Bread src
Ingredientes
- 1 1/3 cup brown rice flour
- 1/3 cup tapioca starch
- 1/3 cup sorghum flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 t xatham gum
- 1/2 cup dairy-free margarine
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4-5 ripe bananas
- 2 T chia seeds
- I had 2 T of chia seeds left in the bottom
- of the package so I added them to the batter.
- Preheat oven to 350º
- Grease and flour 9 x 5 inch loaf pan
- Mash bananas; set aside
- In medium bowl combine;
- flours, baking soda, baking powder,
- salt and xatham gum, set aside
- In a large bowl cream together;
- margarine and brown sugar
- Mix in eggs and mashed bananas
- until well blended
- Add flour to banana mixture
