Receta Sugar Free Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 sm. bananas
- 2 med. large eggs
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 12 dates, soaked 5 minutes., liquid removed and minced
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 walnuts, minced
Direcciones
- Cut up banana. Add in large eggs and beat well. Cream shortening and add in to banana mix. Add in dates. Mix flour, baking pwdr, soda, salt, cinnamon and nuts. Stir into creamed mix just sufficient to moisten. Bake in 5x9 greased loaf pan 325 degrees for 45 to 60 min or possibly till done.
