Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- 1 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. water
Direcciones
- Sift flour, cornstarch, baking pwdr, soda, salt and pepper. Stir in water and egg. Beat till smooth. Deep fry 2 min at 375 degrees. For fish and shrimp: Add in 2 Tbsp. of Old Bay seasoning. This batter can also be used for veggies.
