Receta Tender Corn Crisp Steak
Ingredientes
- 2 pound steak of choice, lb. well
- 1 tbsp. shortening
- 1/2 c. warm water
Direcciones
- Heat shortening in skillet. Add in steak and water and simmer 20 min. Remove from skillet and add in salt and pepper to taste. Dip each piece in batter and return to warm grease, browning on both sides. Serve warm.
