Receta Teriyaki Beef And Vegetables

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Top sirloin
- 4 med Carrots
- 3 med Zucchini
- 1/4 c. Veg oil, about
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1Â 1/2 c. ORIENTAL STIR FRY MIX
- 4 c. Warm cooked rice
- 5 x Green onion, thinly sliced, for garnish
Direcciones
- On a cutting board, cut meat,carrot and zucchini in thin diagonal slices.
- Place 3-5 paper towels in a med bowl; set aside. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in a large skillet or possibly wok. Add in meat slices; stir fry over med heat till meat is no longer red, 3 to 4 minutes.
- Use a slotted spoon to remove cooked meat to prepared bowl. Cover; keep hot. Add in remaining oil toskilletor wok. Add in carrot slices. Cook and stir 2 to 3 min. Add in zucchini slices. Cook and stir 2 to 3 min longer.
- Stir in cooked meat, brown sugar and ORIENTAL STIR FRY MIX. Cook and stir till mxtures thickens slightly. Serve over rice. Garnish with sliced green onions.
