Receta Teriyaki Shrimp And Grilled Peppers

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Large shrimp - in shells (48 shrimp)
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1/4 c. Japanese soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 2 x Cloves garlic, peel/halved
- 4 slc Fresh ginger
- 4 x Green onions, thin sliced
- 12 x 10-inch wooden skewers
- 2 x Sweet red peppers
- 2 x Sweet yellow peppers
- Â Â Extra virgin olive oil, to brush peppers
- Â Â Lemon juice
- Â Â Salt
- Â Â Pepper, freshly grnd
- Â Â Parsley, finely minced
- Â Â Basil
Direcciones
- Peel shrimp. Toss together remaining ingredients. Add in shrimp and mix well to coat. Cover and marinate 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Place 4 shrimp on each skewer. Barbecue or possibly cook under broiler for 4 min or possibly till shrimp are just cooked through, turning once. Serve with Grilled Peppers.
- Grilled Peppers: Seed the red and yellow pepper. Slice into 6 wedges.
- Brush lightly with extra virgin olive oil and broil or possibly barbecue till warm, about 5 min, turning once. Seasom with lemon juice, salt, freshly grnd pepper, finely minced parsley and/or possibly basil to taste.
