Receta Terminal Velocity Teriyaki Turkey Drummettes

Ingredientes
- Preheat 1 cup canola oil and 2 cups algal oil in frying pan to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 oz Mrs Dash Original Blend
- 2 cups flour
- 1 /2 cup parsley
- 1 cups canola oil
- 2 cups algal oil (can substitute 2 cups canolal oil)
- Purchase (12) cage free, turkey drummettes from local, neighborhood store. (100% natural without hormones, steroids, salt, chemicals or artificial taste enhancers)
- 2 cups of bean sprouts
- 1 can pineapple ring
- 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash extra spicy seasoning blend
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
Direcciones
- Mix flour and 1 oz Mrs. Dash Original Blend.
- Sauce
- Add 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash extra spicy seasoning blend
- Add 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 12 oz Mrs. Dash Sweet Teriyaki Marinade
- Whisk together in stainless steel bowl
- Sprinkle drummettes with 1/2 oz Mrs. Dash Original blend. Dredge drummettes in flour blend. Cook drummettes in oil at steady 350 degrees fahrenheit until golden brown
- Toss drummettes in sauce
- Place pineapple ring in center of small plate.
- Top with bean sprouts
- Lay 2 drummettes crisscross each other on top of bean sprout
- Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions
- Serve
