Receta Texas Caviar
Ingredientes
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Orange Bell Pepper
- 1 Purple Sweet Onion
- 6 Green Onions
- 3 Stalks of Celery
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 3 to 5 Tomatoes
- 1 Can White Corn
- 1 Can Yellow Corn
- 1 Can Black eyed Peas
- 1 Can Black Beans
- Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 bottle of Fat Free / Light Italian Dressing
Direcciones
- Cut up all fresh vegetables in small pieces
- Drain and rinse all can vegetables, let set to dry off water
- Mix all ingredients
- Cover and Chill in Refrigerator for at least 24 hours
- Serve with corn chips!
