Ingredientes
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans black-eyed peas, liquid removed
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can white hominy, liquid removed
- 2 med. tomatoes, minced
- 4 green onions, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 med. bell pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley, minced
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle commercial Italian salad dressing
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients except Italian dressing; mix well. Pour salad dressing over mix; cover and marinate at least 2 hrs in refrigerator. Drain and serve with fritos or possibly corn chips. Makes 7 cups.
