  1. Cream margarine, sugar and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Stir in vanilla. Add oats and cornflakes to creamed mixture,
  4. mixing thoroughly.
  5. Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda together.
  6. Gradually add to creamed mixture, beating slowly to mix.
  7. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
  8. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased or parchment paper lined cookie sheets.
  9. Bake at 325 F degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
