Receta Texas Peach Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 12 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted & minced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 tbsp. sugar

- Put peaches in shallow pan. Add in lemon juice and 2 Tbsp. sugar. Toss to combine and taste for sweetness.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat butter and shortening in 9 inch square pan. Mix flour, sugar, baking pwdr and soda in bowl. Add in cream, vinegar, salt and all but 2 Tbsp. of melted butter and shortening from baking pan. Mix well.
- Pour peaches and juices into baking pan and spoon batter proportionately on top. Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake 10 min. Reduce heat to 375 degrees and continue baking till crust is browned, about 20-30 min. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream or possibly whipped cream. Serves 8.
