Receta Fresh Peach Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Light brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 4 c. Sliced fresh peaches
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Lemon peel
Direcciones
- Combine 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. sugar, salt and cinnamon. Cut in butter with 2 knives till coarse (resembling corn meal). Combine peaches, lemon juice, lemon peel, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/4 c. flour. Spoon into greased 9" square dish. Sprinkle flour mix over peaches. Bake covered for 15 mins. Remove cover and bake 35 to 45 minutes. longer.
