Receta Thai Thighs
Easy, quick Thai'ish dish for chicken lovers.
Ingredientes
- 8 chicken thighs (optional skinless, boneless)
- 2/3 C. chopped green onions
- 3 T. hoisin sauce
- 4 T. peanut butter
- 2 T. chopped or grated fresh ginger
- 2 T. oil
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 t. hop pepper sauce
- 4 T. chopped cilantro or parsley
Direcciones
- Place chicken thighs in a shallow baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over thighs.
- Bake at 375 F. for 45-50 minutes.
