- 1/2 c. mayonnaise (Don't use salad dressing)
- 1/2 c. blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- Garlic salt to taste

- Blend all ingredients well in blender or possibly with beaters, so which there are no lumps of blue cheese left. Add in garlic salt to taste, and it is very essential to taste. Don't add in any other seasonings to dressing. Salt and pepper may be added to salt, but not to dressing as it will change the taste of the dressing. This recipe will serve 4 to 5 medium salads.
