- 2 cups of cream
- 2 cups of milk
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp of ground chipotle chili
- 2 cups walnut halves
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 3 Tbs unsalted butter
- chipotle chili to taste
- a pinch of Kosher salt
