Ingredients: 1 c. Seedless raisins; 1 c. Water; 1/2 c. Salad oil or possibly shortening; 1 3/4 c. Sifted flour; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Soda; 1 x Egg; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1 tsp Nutmeg; 1 tsp Allspice; 1/2 tsp Grnd Cloves; 1 c. Sugar; 1/2 c. Minced walnuts

Ingredientes

1 c. Seedless raisins
1 c. Water
1/2 c. Salad oil or possibly shortening
1Â 3/4 c. Sifted flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Soda
1 x Egg
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp Grnd Cloves
1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Minced walnuts

Direcciones

Combine raisins and water; bring to boiling; remove from heat. Stir in salad oil. Cold to lukewarm. Stir in sugar and egg. Sift together dry ingredients; beat into raisin mix. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 13x9x2-inch pan.
Bake in moderate oven (375) 20 min or possibly until done. When cold, cut in bars. Dust with confectioner's sugar
