- 2/3 cup bread crumbs (I use a mixture of plain and panko)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- juice of 1 lemon, lemon halves reserved
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- sliced lemon, for serving
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
