Receta Fried Tilapia

Ingredientes
- 4 x pcs of tilapia filet
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs or possibly more as needed salt, pepper and other seasonings of choice
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1/2 c. beer, lager or possibly ale, cool from the refrigerator oil to fry

- The following is how I fry fish. We enjoy the taste and the texture.
- In a bowl mix Large eggs and beer. Have another plate with seasoned flour and another plate of bread crumbs. Dip fish filets into egg-beer mix, then roll in flour, dip into egg mix again and lastly roll into breadcrumbs. Fry in warm oil, turning only once till browned on each side and fish is fork tender. Place filets on paper toweling to absorb any excess oil. Mix any remaining flour, breadcrumbs and egg-beer mix into a batter. Fry spoonfuls of the batter in warm oil till puffed and golden brown on each side. Serve along with the fish.
- Serves 2 to 4.
