Tiniim na Manok is a Filipino dish made with whole chicken slowly simmered in a sweet, tangy and spiced pineapple juice marinade until tender. This liquid is then simmered and cooked until thick in consistency then served as a dipping sauce. The result is a tender juicy chicken with tons of flavour.
