Receta Tofu And Peanut Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Peanut butter
- 14 ounce Tofu
- 1 c. ,water or possibly unseasoned veggie broth
- 1 x Garlic clove (or possibly more)
- 3 Tbsp. Tamari
- Â Â pn Cayenne or possibly your favorite warm sauce (optional)
Direcciones
- In a blender or possibly food processor, blend together all the ingredients untilsmooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add in a little extra water.
- Pour the sauce into a skillet or possibly saucepan and stir over mediumheat till it is thoroughly heated.
- Serve over grains such as buckwheat, millet, or possibly rice, or possibly over pasta.
