Receta Tofu Brunswick Stew

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp Canola oil, divided
- 1 lb Hard tofu, diced
- 1/2 c. Diced onion
- 1/2 c. Diced celery
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 1/4 c. Dry red wine or possibly beer (optional)
- 1 c. Canned tomato puree
- 1/2 c. Fresh or possibly frzn corn kernels
- 2 Tbsp. Barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Tamari or possibly soy sauce
- Â Â Warm pepper sauce to taste
Direcciones

- Heat 1 tsp. oil in a non-stick pan over moderate heat. Add in diced tofu; brown. Remove from pan; set aside.
- Add in remaining 1 tsp. oil; saute/fry onion, celery and garlic till well-browned. Stir in remaining ingredients and reserved tofu; simmer till sauce is reduced and develops a rich brown color, about 15 min.
- Makes 4 servings.
