Ingredientes
- 2 c. Sliced zucchini
- 1 x Sliced onion
- 2 sm Tomatoes sliced
- 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In a 1 1/2 qt casserole, layer half each of above. Repeat layers. Top with tomato wedges. Cover and bake in 350 oven for 1 hour. Uncover and sprinkle 1/2 shredded Parmesan cheese, return to oven and cook till cheese melts.
