Receta Tomato Pulao
Ingredientes
- Basmati Rice - 1+1/2 cups
- Tomato â 3
- Onion â 2, medium size
- Mint leaves â 1/2 bunch
- Ginger garlic paste â 1 tsp
- Cardamom â 1
- Cinnamon â 1 inch piece
- Cloves â 2
- Bay leaf â 1, torn
- Fennel Seeds â 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder â 2 tsp
- Garam masala powder â 1 tsp
- Salt â to taste
- Oil / ghee â 2 tbsp
