Receta Tortilla Rollups
Ingredientes
- 2 Packages cream cheese, softened (8 ounce. each)
- 6 ounce. minced rice olives, liquid removed
- 1 can (7 ounce.) minced green chilies, liquid removed
- 1 sm. yellow onion, diced
- 1 pkg. (about 8) flour tortillas
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, olives, chilies and onion. Mix well. Spread about one third c. of the cheese mix to within one quarter inch of the edge of each tortilla. Roll tightly. Refrigerateat least 2 hrs. Trim one half inch off each end of the tortillas. Cut each into 8 pcs. Makes 64 pcs.
