Receta Tossed Green Artichoke Salad
Ingredientes
- 1/2 head Chinese cabbage (celery cabbage)
- 1 head Boston lettuce
- 1 can (1 lb.) artichoke hearts
- 1 c. fresh or possibly canned grapefruit sections
- 1/4 c. salad or possibly extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon basil leaves
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Wash and thoroughly dry greens. Break into bite-size pcs. Place in salad bowl. Top with artichoke hearts and grapefruit sections. Combine remaining ingredients. Add in to fruit and greens. Toss lightly. Serves 8.
