Receta Tostado Bean Dip

Ingredientes
- 1 can jalepeno bean dip
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. dry taco mix
- 1 minced tomato
- 1 sm. can minced black olives
- 1 bunch minced green onions
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Spread the jalepeno bean dip over a large round plate or possibly medium pizza pan. Mix together mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream and taco mix. Spread proportionately over the bean dip. Sprinkle on top - tomato, olives and green onions. Then the Cheddar cheese.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill for an hour before using. Serve with 1/2 lb. of fresh corn chips and scoop the dip from the outside. This dip looks like a pizza before it is served.
