Receta Traditional "Greek Salad"
I love salads and a fresh Greek Salad is high on my favorite list!
Ingredientes
- 1 cup Fresh chopped Romaine Lettuce
- 1 cup Fresh Chopped Iceberg Lettuce
- One Whole Ripe Tomato (diced)
- 1/2 English Cucumber (peeled, sliced)
- 1/2 Red Onion (sliced)
- 2 Tablespoons Kalamata Olives
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Oregano
- Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 Teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
Direcciones
- In a large mixing bowl add both chopped Lettuce, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion and gently toss, add remaining ingredients and toss again.
- Plate and serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
