Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. lamb for stew
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce.) pkg. brown gravy mix with mushrooms
- 1 c. water
- 4 med. potatoes, peeled & cut into eighths
- 4 med. onions, quartered
Direcciones
- Place lamb in 3 qt microproof casserole. Stir gravy mix into water. Pour over lamb. Cover with casserole lid and cook on 70 for 50 min, stirring once during cooking time. Stir in vegetables till well coated with gravy. Cover and cook on 50, 40 to 50 min, or possibly till vegetables and lamb are tender. Let stand 5 min before serving. Serves 4 to 6.
