Receta Troy's Grilled Tuna Sandwiches

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Tuna
- 1/2 x Lime
- 1 tsp Thyme, dry
- 1 tsp Dry cilantro
- 1 tsp California chile pepper-mild
- 2 tsp Garlic
- 3 Tbsp. Oil
Direcciones
- Heat oil over medium heat. Slice tuna steaks until 1/4" thick. Put garlic in oil. Place tuna over garlic. Sprinkle pepper, cilantro and thyme over fillets. Brown one side then turn over. Put juice of lime over fillets and complete cooking. Serve as a sandwich with mayo and slices of avocado on top.
