Receta Tuna Cream Cheese Sandwiches
Don't knock it until you try it! This came from Marcia Adams (who used to have a cooking show on PBS). Marcia passed away in 2011. She, too, loved Amish cooking. She did this on one of her shows, and in my search for something different, I tried it. It's really pretty good.
Ingredientes
- 1 8 ounce package light cream cheese (do not use non-fat)
- 2 T bottled chili sauce or catsup
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley
- 2 T finely minced onion
- 1 T finely minced fresh dill
- 1/2 t hot sauce
- 2 7 ounce cans water-packed tuna, drained
Direcciones
- Combine everything except the tuna in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until well blended.
- Stir in the tuna, cover and refrigerate.
- Serve on toasted bread.
