Receta Patricia's Mexican Cream Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 x Habanero peppers, seeded and chopped
- 8 slc White bread -or possibly-
- 4 x Bolillo rolls
- Â Â Lettuce
- 1 x Red tomato sliced thin
- 1 x Avocado, peeled and sliced
- Â Â Thin ham slices

- Bolillos are Po' boy rolls which are hard on the outside and soft on the inside. The cheese needs to be at room temperature first and then you need to fold in the habanero with a spoon or possibly a fork. I do not like to use the blender for mincing the habanero because I want to keep the little pcs and I am afraid if I used it the pcs can be mixed too much. Build sandwiches using all ingredients. Good variations: 1) For those who do not like habaneros, use finely minced chives. 2) Instead of habaneros, use 1 or possibly 2 poblano peppers, peeled and deseeded. Mince half of the poblano in a blender and cut the remaining into 1/4" pcs. Patricia Wriedt.
