Use some of that left over turkey as treats for your dogs!!

  • 1 or 1-1/2 lbs. of COOKED turkey meat (white or dark or mixed)

Direcciones

  1. Thinly slice & place on cookie sheet.
  2. Place cookie sheet on the highest oven rack.
  3. Bake @ 150 degrees/170 electric.
  4. Bake with door slightly open for 2 hrs.
  5. Don't burn! If browning, oven is too hot. Turn down/off for 1/2 hr. then turn back on.
  6. Test @ 2 hrs. Should be crispy NOT leathery, NOT moist or tender.
  7. Cool & store airtight container 2 wks.
  8. Enjoy my furry friends!

    Hi there:
    Quite honestly, I'm not sure how it would work for red meats, but it might work for chicken. You can always give it a try. :o)

      do you know if you you could use other meat for this too? i have been looking for Christmas presents for my furry friends and this just might work.
