Receta Turkey Or Chicken Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. orange juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 c. cooked turkey or possibly chicken, cut up
- 2 c. celery, minced
- 1/2 c. walnuts, minced
- 1 c. chunk pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 c. green grapes
- 3/4 c. rice, cooked & cooled
- 1/3 c. Miracle Whip
- 1/3 c. real mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Direcciones
- Combine salad oil, vinegar, orange juice and salt to make marinade. Marinate turkey or possibly chicken overnight. Add in celery, walnuts, pineapple and sugar and mix well. Stir in salad ingredients and refrigeratetill ready to serve.
