Receta Turkey Patties And Dill Cucumber Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. minced green onions
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Direcciones
- In medium bowl mix all turkey patty ingredients. Shape into 4 to 6 (3/4 inch) thick patties. In 10 inch skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. oil over medium high heat. Place patties in oil and cook 5 to 6 min or possibly till browned. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together all cucumber sauce ingredients. Serve sauce over patties. 4 to 6 servings.
