Receta Turkey Potato Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 med. onion, thinly sliced
- 1 stalk celery, finely minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 c. thin white sauce
- 1 teaspoon rosemary or possibly celery salt
- 1 c. minced turkey
- 1/2 c. minced toasted almonds, if you like
Direcciones
- Add in salt to water in large kettle; bring to boil. Add in potatoes, onion, celery and bay leaf. Cook till tender, about 15 min. Press through sieve to puree. Add in to white sauce. Add in seasonings and turkey. Heat through. Serve topped with almonds. Yield: 4-6 servings.
- NOTE: For thinner soup, add in more lowfat milk.
